1. Cleaning After Check-Out – Paid by Guests

Guests cover the cleaning cost.
The price for cleaning varies depending on the size of the property and is charged to the guest at the time of booking. Cleaning is carried out by a professional local cleaning company that ensures the highest quality.

2. Booking of Accommodation

All accommodations have varying prices based on size, location, etc. Prices are adjusted continuously based on season and demand. You can find current prices and cancellation policies directly in each listing.

3. Cost of Rental Services for Property Owners

Only a 19% commission on rental income.
✔️ No fixed fees – you only pay when you earn money.
✔️ Photography, advertising, and booking administration are included.

How Does Payment Work for Property Owners?
Your rental income, minus the commission and any additional services, will be paid out no later than 5 days after the end of the month.
